A ZL30 loader equipped with a fixed-pump type power shift transmission gradually showed weakness in I gear after 8.000 hours of work. After inspection by the maintenance master, it was found that there were two reasons for the failure:

　　1:1 gear oil inlet end cover is sleeved, and the inner seal oil ring is excessively worn, causing pressure oil to leak:.

　　2: The aging of the piston seal of the I gear clutch causes the pressure oil to leak.

　　Therefore, I removed the I and the oil intake end cap, and found that the 1st gear was too large in the drawing direction. The outer edge of the seal ring groove on the inner seal oil sleeve was ground flat, and the seal ring was also severely worn, causing the pressure oil to leak internally, thus causing I The file is weak. Replace the oil inlet end cover inner sleeve, inner seal oil sleeve and sealing ring, and readjust the axial clearance. Test machine after installation, troubleshooting.
