Product information

　　1. Wheel body: forged from 40Mn2 round steel with good hardenability, heat treatment process of quenching and tempering + medium frequency surface quenching, with surface hardness of 52-60hrc and hardening layer depth of 8-20mm.

　　2. Shaft: 50Mn round steel material, heat treatment process of tempering + medium frequency surface quenching, surface hardness 52-60hrc, hardening layer depth up to 2-5mm, excellent comprehensive performance.

　　3. Floating oil seal: high chromium molybdenum alloy, hardness 60-72hrc, working surface roughness 0.1 μ m-0.2 μ m, hardening layer depth 2mm.

　　4. O-ring: it is made of butadiene and acrylonitrile copolymerized NBR as raw material, with good oil resistance and high temperature resistance.
