Matters needing attention when operating bulldozers in the mountains

Release time: 2020-07-05 12:32:00 Source: Bulldozer

The bulldozer plays an important role in the farmland infrastructure and water conservancy construction in the mountain area, especially in the Shu-Ao dyke. Since the operating location is basically in the mountain rivers and the mountain pond reservoir, the operating conditions are complex and the operating environment is harsh, and the improper operation of the manipulator can easily cause the following mechanical accidents.

Mountain bulldozer

1: When working in a pebble pile, too fast the speed will cause the connection bolts of the important parts such as the axle frame to loosen. In severe cases, the most frame spring will break, the beam riveting, the front beam breaks and the water tank cracks and leaks, affecting normal operation.

2: There are many pebbles in the mountains and rivers. If the robot blade is improperly grasped, it is easy to cause the track to slip. The stones are squeezed between the track and the drive wheel. The lighter guide wheel bends the screw and the heavy track shoe pin breaks and Guide axle, rear axle deformed. Even the gearbox of the transmission can be crushed by stones.

3: When the bulldozer side is tilted, it makes a sharp turn, which is easy to cause warpage and deformation of the drive wheel, deformation of the rim of the guide wheel and severe wear of the bearing 7609.7513.

4: The bulldozer works in the water for a long time, and the bearing seals of the supporting rollers, guide wheels, drive wheels, and rear axle gearbox of the walking part are slightly poor, and it is easy to enter water and sediment, resulting in accelerated bearings and gears. The rust and wear of the bearing even caused the fracture of the bearing and the shell, and the oil leakage floating on the water surface entered the steering clutch and brake, causing the steering brake operation to fail due to the slipping of the friction plate.

5: The bulldozer is short in the backfilling operation of the newly built dam, the clutch is used frequently, the clutch release rod bolt is easily broken, resulting in unclear separation, and the locomotive is prone to accidents.

6: When working in a stiff pebble beach, the blade of the blade of the bulldozer blade is easy to loosen, and the blade will be lost due to breaking. If you encounter a large stone ridge, improper operation will cause a wave, which is laborious and has no effect. Prevent the above mechanical accidents. The key lies in correct operation and attention to usual maintenance. The operator must strictly follow the regulations before the operation. Check the condition of the locomotive and understand the terrain, clear the task; strictly follow the operating procedures and concentrate on not driving fast during the operation. The bulldozer should move slowly while operating on the pebble beaches, mountains and rivers, and gently press the control handle to make the blade slow. , The handle should be moved to neutral first. Or move at a low speed in the floating position. Before the blade is filled with sand and stones, put your hand on the floating position. You can increase the throttle according to the terrain. If you change the land on the sand beach, you can push from high to low according to the measurement horizontal line. . Raise the shovel while driving the bulldozer to lay the high sand and pebbles evenly on the low ground. After basically pushing it flat, you can put the shovel blade down. When the locomotive is backed up, the ground is further leveled with a spatula. If the water is deeper when filling the pit and protecting the dam, you can first push the sand and pebbles to the side of the pit, and then gradually push down to fill it. Timely maintenance should be done. And remember to clean, lubricate, tighten, adjust, these eight words specific requirements:

1: Clean: do oil, water and air clean, check the locomotive status while cleaning walking debris and rubbing cars, side by side: remove oil leakage, water leakage phenomenon

2: Lubrication: firstly check the heavy wheels, guide wheels and driving wheel drain bolts of the walking part during shift maintenance, and observe whether there is water in the bearing. If the water enters, the water should be drained first and then the engine oil should be added. Need to be cleaned in time. If you are working in water for a long time, the seal of the track roller is poor. You can apply butter to the fuel port of the track roller and guide wheel until the old oil squeezes out from the edge. The tension bolt of the guide wheel is also easy to rust when working in water, and the function of adjusting the track is lost. Wrap the tension bolts with butter and plastic paper.

3: Tightening Because the bulldozer walks on the pebbles with large vibrations, the bolts and nuts of the components are easily loosened, so it is necessary to check the tightening frequently.

4: Adjust according to the requirements of technical regulations, timely adjust the free stroke of the brake clutch lever, adjust the normal clearance of the bearings of the walking part, and the operator has cleaned the locomotive maintenance. lubricating. After tightening, adjustment can greatly prevent the occurrence of mechanical accidents

5: Some operators use the throttle as a horn during work and the throttle is turned on before the flame is turned off. The throttle is used to send a certain signal, or the throttle is blasted a few times before the flame is turned off. This is very unfavorable to the engine. Some major accidents such as : Folded link, rod, broken crankshaft,

At this moment, it may happen that the engine continuously changes at high and low speeds, and the motion inertia and load will change suddenly, which may easily cause fatigue and injury to the crankshaft connecting rod mechanism and the valve mechanism. At the same time, it will enter the cylinder due to the throttle. A large amount of diesel fuel is fully burned and accumulated in the cylinder, and the oil pan is infiltrated to dilute the engine oil, resulting in burnt tiles and lava. Another part of the diesel that is recommended in the combustion chamber will burn with the injected diesel at the same time, causing the engine to deflagrate. Unstable speed, increased carbon deposits in the cylinder due to excessive fuel supply, may cause injectors, pistons, rings to be stuck, valves are not tightly closed, and the engine continues to high temperature and other failures occur
