Construction machinery such as bulldozers work in harsh environments all year round, and regular maintenance is very important. Problems can be found in time to solve problems in a timely manner. Ensure that the bulldozer is in good technical condition and extend its service life! Pay attention to the following four points in daily maintenance:

　　One, daily operation and maintenance must be maintained

　　1: Check and supplement the amount of lubricating oil in the cab sump every week. 2. Check and replenish the oil volume of the gearbox of the bulldozer parts every week. 3. Check and replenish the amount of oil in the steering clutch box every week.

　　2. The first 250 hours of operation for maintenance

　　1: Replace the lubricating oil in the cab oil pan and clean the coarse filter. 2: Replace the oil in the rear axle case (including the transmission case and the torque converter) and clean the coarse filter. 3: Replace the oil in the final transmission case (left and right). 4: Replace the oil of the working oil tank and the filter element of the filter.

　　3. Maintenance after every 1000 hours of work: (1) Replace the oil in the rear axle box (including the transmission case and the torque converter) and clean the coarse filter; (2) Replace the oil and filter of the working oil tank Filter element, (3) Replace the oil of the final transmission case (left and right), (4) Fill the following parts with grease: half-bearing seat; universal joint assembly; tensioner and tensioner rod.

　　4. In addition to the maintenance according to the above standards, the maintenance after every 2000 hours of work should also be done with the following parts: balance beam shaft, accelerator pedal shaft, blade control shaft.
