What are the operating skills of bulldozers under common working conditions?

Release time: 2020-09-13 12:57:56 Source: Bulldozer

bulldozers have different operating requirements and operating skills under different working conditions. Mastering the operating skills of each working condition and environment is the skill that the operator should have. The following is one of the five common operating skills of bulldozers. Novices should be careful. Read to understand!

What are the operating skills of bulldozers under common working conditions?

1: Bulldozing on slopes. Bulldozing uphill longitudinally, the gradient should generally not exceed 30°. If improper operation causes the locomotive to slip backwards and cause the engine to reverse, and the air filter emits smoke, the engine should be turned off and the dozer shovel should be put down, step on and lock the brake Pedal, and then clean the air filter before restarting. When bulldozing laterally on a slope exceeding 25°, the ground should be excavated and filled first, so that the bulldozer is balanced before allowing the operation to prevent the vehicle from overturning.

2: Push hard soil. First adjust the bulldozer blade to an inclined position, cut into the hard soil with an inclined blade, so that the soil layer breaks through the gap, and then gradually remove the soil layer along the breach. For straight shovel bulldozers that cannot adjust the blade angle, push some of the soil first, and let one crawler drive up, so that the locomotive is in an inclined position with one side high and the other low, so that the blade head can easily cut into the soil.

3: Push frozen soil. If the frozen soil layer is less than 50cm, you can use a ripper to break the soil; if the frozen soil layer is thick, you can first explode the frozen soil with explosives, and then use a bulldozer to push the frozen soil away, and continue construction so that the pushed away soil will not continue to freeze .

4: Cut roots. Root-cutting method can be used to cut the roots of the tree. First cut off the surrounding auxiliary roots with a bulldozer blade, and then cut the blade into the soil about 20cm, aim at the main root to increase the throttle, and at the same time slowly raise the blade while moving , Then the taproot can be pulled out. For tree roots with larger taproots, do not remove them all at once to prevent damage to the hydraulic cylinder when the blade is forcibly lifted. It can be cut several times. After the taproot becomes looser and looser, finally increase the throttle to pull it out.

5: Push the trunk. When using a bulldozer to push a tree, pay attention to its falling direction and high-altitude wires to prevent electric shock accidents. When working in forest or bushes, remove branches and weeds on the engine hood in time to avoid fire.
