What are the daily overhaul and maintenance of bulldozers?

Release time: 2020-10-20 12:55:25 Source: Bulldozer

bulldozer is a widely used construction machinery vehicle, widely used in road construction, railway construction, construction engineering and other construction sites. Its main function is to bulldoze and level the construction site. For bulldozers to work stably for a long time, they cannot do without routine maintenance. Let’s talk about the daily maintenance and maintenance of bulldozers.

What are the daily overhaul and maintenance of bulldozers?

Daily maintenance of bulldozer

First of all, the operator should understand the specific condition of the bulldozer every day, and should properly adjust the tightness of the crawler according to the operating environment before the operation. During construction, it is necessary to ensure that the crawler is in a normal working condition. If the tension of the crawler is too tight during operation, it will easily cause serious friction and affect the function of the engine, and reduce the operating speed of the bulldozer. If the track is too loose, it is easy to cause the bulldozer to deviate from the center position during high-speed operation, and irregular fluctuations and locomotive snaking conditions will seriously affect the conditions of the guide wheels and support wheels. When adjusting the crawler, the tightness of the crawler should be adjusted by draining the grease from the oil nozzle of the tensioning cylinder to ensure that the crawler is at the proper tightness before the bulldozer runs.

But bulldozer wants to ensure its normal operation, the setting of the position of the guide wheel is a very critical factor. If the position of the guide wheel is deviated, it will directly affect the operating condition of the bulldozer. Therefore, the connection between the guide wheel and the crawler frame should be adjusted. If the gap is small, gaskets should be added, and if the gap is large, the gaskets can be properly extracted.

When performing water tank maintenance, you should choose an appropriate amount of cooling water, and the temperature should not be too high. Because the water such as well water and mineral water has a high salinity, it is easy to produce scale, so when the bulldozer chooses cooling water, it should be avoided as much as possible This type of water is used as cooling water for diesel engines. Generally speaking, when choosing diesel engine cooling water, you should choose clean river water, distilled water and distilled water. If it is difficult to find tap water, you can choose tap water, but if the quality of tap water is too hard, you can't choose it, so when performing tank maintenance, choose the appropriate The cooling water is the key to ensure the normal operation of the bulldozer. Before starting operations, the staff should promptly replenish the water in the water tank. If long-term continuous work is required, the cooling water should be replaced within 300 h as much as possible to ensure the safety and stability of the long-term bulldozer.

In addition, when performing scale cleaning, you should choose a scale cleaning agent dedicated to bulldozers to remove, and the interval time can be controlled at 600 h. If necessary, you can also use a combination of acidic cleaning fluid and alkaline aqueous solution, through the chemical process And reaction to convert the scale into water-soluble salt water, and you can also add an appropriate amount of polyoxyethylene alkyl allyl ether to increase the permeability and dispersion of the scale.

When the bulldozer is running for about 150 hours, compressed air needs to be used to clean the filter element, and the filter element should be completely sealed when it is installed. The filter element should be replaced once every 2000 hours or so. The air filter must not be removed when the diesel engine is running. When the bulldozer is working on steep slopes, the oil filter should also be kept above the oil level. This can effectively prevent the oil pump from drawing in air and causing the oil pumping capacity to drop.
