For the roller, the maintenance of accessories is also very rare. When we use the roller for operation, we should always pay attention to it, so as to ensure the normal operation and sales volume of the press. Now let's introduce:

　　1. When using each time, check whether the fastening parts of each connecting part are loose, check the tire pressure, check whether the bearing is hot, if there is any problem, deal with it immediately. After daily operation, the fuel tank shall be filled with fuel to prevent water drop on the inner wall of the tank; before daily operation, the drain valve of the fuel tank shall be opened to drain water; after the engine runs out of fuel or the filter element is replaced, the air in the pipeline shall be exhausted.

　　2. According to the requirements of the lubrication table, add lubricating oil to each lubricating part.

　　3. When the roller is transported by itself, the tire pressure shall be kept below 0.6 to 0.65Mpa, and the driving distance shall not be too far.

　　4. Regularly check whether the hydraulic system oil tank needs to be filled with hydraulic oil and whether the oil pipe joints have oil leakage.

　　5. Check and adjust the rolling axle clearance frequently. When the roller accessories work for half a year, the installation position of each roller shall be changed to make the tire wear tend to be uniform.

　　6. If the roller is parked for a long time, the body shall be erected to reduce the pressure deformation of the tire. After long-term storage, check whether the lubricating oil in each part deteriorates when it is used again. If it cannot be used, drain the waste oil and replace it with a new one.
