1: The crane safety station prohibits personnel from working and walking under the lifting object. During the hoisting operation, the operation area, the area around the guide pulley steel rope triangle and other parts are very dangerous places. Before lifting, all personnel must withdraw to the safe area, remind each other, check and implement, just in case.


2: Have a correct understanding of the safety factor of hoisting rigging. During hoisting operations, the operator must have a correct judgment on the weight of the hoisted object, and have a correct understanding of the safety factor of the rigging, and do not use it continuously According to the basis, the overweight work is always in danger and leads to safety accidents.


3: Pre-judgment of various possible situations during dismantling operations. Do a good job in the preliminary safety work, reduce the accident rate, and carefully check the weight of the object, the thoroughness of the removal, and the firmness. It is strictly forbidden to lift it without inspection.


4: Put an end to all possibilities of operator's mistaken operation. Hoisting operations are highly risky and require close cooperation between different staff and safety personnel, different units and different types of cranes. Factors such as daily management operation behavior habits, performance, and command and control signal differences can easily cause misoperation.


5: The hanging objects are fastened to match the hanging objects with "locking" instead of "pocket bottom". When hoisting sharp objects, "partition" measures should be taken.


6: Lifting and dismantling large pieces that are not tightly entangled with the drum, and the arrangement of the steel ropes wound on the drum of a crane or motorized winch is loose, causing the steel ropes under heavy load to be pulled into the rope bundle, causing the steel ropes to shake violently, lose stability, and cause safety accident.


7: Temporary lifting nose welding is not firm


①: The welding strength of temporary lifting nose is not enough. The crane works in the open air all the year round, and it is exposed to wind and rain. If the welding seam of the hanging nose is not rust-proof, the surface of the welding base material is rusted, or the rust spots are not completely removed before welding, resulting in a beautiful and plump appearance of the welded meat. The materials did not melt together at all, and when the hoisting load was large, they would break.


②: The direction of force on the nose is single. When standing or hanging down the length of the cylindrical object, the object of the change of the angle with the direction of the force is changed to the nose of the elevator, and this situation is insufficient for the design and welding of the nose, which leads to a defective elevator The nose suddenly interrupts the lifting operation (capture). For this kind of students, we need to weld the vertical plates on both sides of the hanging nose in advance. The size and thickness of the vertical plates are best designed by technical managers.


③: The nose solder material does not match the base material.


8: Establish hoisting tools or use pipes, structures, etc. as hoisting points. The hoisting objects lack theoretical calculations. The hoisting tools or pipelines and structural hoisting objects estimated by experience are not enough or the local carrying capacity is insufficient, and one part is unstable, leading to the overall Collapse.


9: The pulley rope is improperly selected. When hoisting heavy equipment, the understanding of the pulley and the force change caused by the angle change of the steel rope is insufficient, the tonnage of the guide pulley is too small, and the pulley rope is selected too thin.


10: When the lifting work has been completed, when the hook is running with an empty rope sling, the sling in the free state hangs and pulls the unhooked object or other objects. If the operator or commander is operating Without noticing it, it is easy to cause a safety accident.
