What are the characteristics of XCMG DS140B wetland bulldozer?

Release time: 2020-08-24 13:38:20 Source: Bulldozer

XCMG DS140B is a wetland crawler bulldozer with a maximum traction force of 123kN, a nominal power of 103KW, a total working weight of 19T, and a track shoe width of 1060mm. It has the characteristics of reliable performance, energy saving and high efficiency, and convenient maintenance. The whole structure is semi-rigid. Suspension, mechanical transmission, hydraulic pilot control, and wide triangular crawlers are mainly suitable for soft soil, wetlands with high water content, and clay soil belt operations. It can also be used for engineering operations such as trench excavation and farmland reconstruction. Let's take you to understand some of the main performance and characteristics of the DS140B bulldozer:

What are the characteristics of XCMG DS140B wetland bulldozer?

The transmission system of DS140B is mainly composed of water tank, diesel engine, working device pump, transfer case, main clutch pump and pilot pump, main clutch, coupling, transmission, brake, rear axle box, spiral bevel gear pair, steering clutch, final Transmission, steering pump, etc.

The transmission system transfers the power generated by the diesel engine to the gearbox through the main clutch and coupling. The gearbox changes the power transmission route by changing the meshing relationship between the coupling sleeve and the gears, and obtains the shift and direction of the forward 5 gears and the reverse 4 gears. , And then through a pair of spiral bevel gears, left and right steering clutches and left and right final transmission to the driving wheel to drive the crawler, so that the bulldozer is forward or backward.

The walking mechanism of DS140B wetland bulldozer is composed of walking frame, supporting rollers, guide wheels, sprocket wheels, crawler tensioner, crawler assembly and other components.

The track shoe adopts a wide and triangular cross-section, so that the bulldozer has a small ground pressure, and is suitable for operation under high water content, soft and cohesive soil conditions. The walking mechanism carries the full weight of the bulldozer, and is responsible for the driving function of the bulldozer, so that the bulldozer can operate. The supporting wheels, guide wheels, supporting wheels, and crawler belt tensioning devices are respectively installed on the walking frame. The upper plane of the front part of the walking frame has a position for installing a balance beam, where the balance beam is overlapped with the walking frame. The crawler belt assembly rotates around the sprocket, supporting wheel, guide wheel, carrier wheel, etc. under the drive of the sprocket. Due to the adhesion between the crawler belt and the ground, the rotation of the crawler belt promotes the movement of the bulldozer relative to the ground driven by the walking frame, and realizes the forward or backward movement of the bulldozer. The walking frame is divided into one on the left and one on the right, with the same structure. They are installed on both sides of the bulldozer. The walking frame is a splayed beam type welded by a combination of inner and outer beams and diagonal braces. The inner and outer beams are welded by channel steel and steel plates, with a box-shaped section, and the diagonal braces are welded on the inside of the inner beam. The entire walking frame has sufficient rigidity to withstand the huge impact load of the bulldozer during driving and operation. The rear end of the walking frame is hinged with the semi-shaft of the final drive and can be relatively rotated around the semi-axis. Therefore, when the bulldozer passes on uneven ground, it has better stability.

D S 1 4 0 B bulldozer working hydraulic system is an open system, and its basic components include working oil tank, oil pump, distribution valve, blade lifting cylinder, etc.

The working device is operated by pilot control, which is mainly composed of pilot pump, oil inlet check valve, pressure selection valve, and pilot control valve. The working principle is: the oil pump sucks oil from the oil tank, and the pressure oil from the pump enters the distribution valve. The distribution valve is a double slide valve. The action of the valve stem is controlled by the pilot operated hydraulic oil. When the valve stem is in the neutral position, the pressure oil passes through the distribution valve. It flows directly back to the fuel tank, which reduces power loss and system heating. When the pilot valve controls the distribution valve stem in the left and right working positions, the pressure oil enters the upper or lower chamber of the cylinder to control the ascent and descend of the blade or ripper. At the same time, the blade cylinder can be moved up and down through the pilot control valve. The cavity is communicated with the oil return, so as to realize the floating of the blade. The oil inlet of the distribution valve is equipped with a main safety valve with a set pressure of 14MPa. When the system is overloaded, the safety valve will relieve pressure to protect the system from damage. The two oil ports connecting the distribution valve and the soil loosening cylinder are equipped with overload valves to ensure that the oil cylinder and pipeline will not be damaged due to excessive pressure during the loosening operation. In order to ensure that the distribution valve can still be operated when the engine is turned off, a pressure selector valve is installed in the pilot valve oil inlet line so that the pressure oil from the lower chamber of the blade cylinder or the loosening cylinder can be used as the power source when the pilot pump is not working. Push the distribution valve action.

XCMG DS140B adopts wide, triangular cross-section track shoes with low grounding pressure, which is especially suitable for operations in southern areas with more water networks.
