  When the car stops after normal use and cannot be started again, and smoke-free exhaust:

  Troubleshooting: the starter works normally, and it is preliminarily determined that the fault is on the oil circuit. When the manual pump is used to pump oil, the amount of oil pumped out is sufficient, and there is no air in the oil flow; the manual pump can also work quickly. It indicates that the oil supply is normal, the oil circuit is not blocked, and there is no air leakage. Due to the new purchase of the machine, the possibility of failure of the injection pump (the lead seal is not removed) is small. After reading the maintenance manual, it is found that the flameout pull rod is controlled by a solenoid valve. After observing the flameout pull rod, it seems that it is not in the normal position, and it starts normally after being moved by hand. It is determined that the fault is on the solenoid valve. After replacing the solenoid valve, the engine works normally and the fault is eliminated.

  When the car is shut down after normal use, the start is poor and the exhaust volume is not large

  Troubleshooting: when the manual pump is used to pump oil, the amount of oil pumped is not large, but there is no air in the oil flow; when the manual pump is used to work quickly, the vacuum generated is large, and the pump oil piston will be automatically sucked back. It is judged that there is no air leakage in the oil circuit because the oil circuit is blocked by impurities. The reasons for the blockage are as follows: ① the inner wall of rubber oil pipe breaks off or falls off to block the oil pipe. Because the machine is not used for a long time, the possibility of aging is small, so it is temporarily excluded. ② If the fuel tank is not cleaned or the diesel oil is not cleaned for a long time, the impurities in the fuel tank are sucked into the oil circuit and gathered in the narrow part of the oil circuit or in the filter to block the oil circuit. After asking the operator, we learned that the diesel fuel was in short supply in the second half of the year. For a while, we used the diesel fuel from informal channels, and the diesel filter element had never been cleaned. Suspect the fault is here. Remove the filter element and replace it if it is dirty. At the same time, check the oil passage to ensure it is unblocked. The test machine still can't start normally, so this possibility is ruled out. ③ Wax blocks the oil way or "water" blocks the oil way. Because in winter, it is suspected that the fault occurs here. After inquiry, it is known that O ා diesel oil is used, and the oil-water separator has not discharged water, because no wax is found blocking the oil circuit when checking the oil circuit just now, it is judged that the fault occurs in the "water" block, the drain plug is loosened, the water flow is not smooth, and ice slag is found in the oil-water separator after unloading. After cleaning, it works normally and the fault is eliminated.
