  1: How to adjust the oil pressure and triangle tape tension of diesel engine


  6135 series diesel engine speed is 500-600r/min engine oil pressure should not be less than 49kPa. Once found to be inconsistent with the prescribed pressure, it should be adjusted in time. The adjustment method is to unscrew the oil seal nut on the pressure regulating valve, loosen the lock nut, and then turn the adjustment screw with a screwdriver. The pressure increases when the adjusting screw is screwed in, and decreases when the screw is turned out, until it is adjusted to the specified range. After adjustment, tighten the lock nut and install the oil seal nut. The triangle tape should maintain a certain degree of tension when the diesel engine is working. Under normal circumstances, it should be able to press 10-20mm when the center point is 29-49N. Too tight will cause the bearing wear of the charging generator, fan and water pump to increase; if it is too loose, the driven components will not reach the required speed, resulting in a drop in the charging generator voltage, a reduction in fan air flow and water pump flow, which will affect the diesel engine's Normal operation. Regular adjustment can prolong the service life of the triangle tape. If the tape peels and delaminates or the specified tension cannot be reached due to too much elongation, it should be replaced immediately.


  2: How to adjust the main clutch


  After the main clutch works for 40h, the friction plate clearance needs to be adjusted. the way is. First check whether the action of the joystick is flexible, and whether the control elements are not in place due to loose bolts during the operation. During the bulldozer operation, if the main clutch slips, it is necessary to adjust the friction plate gap. The adjustment amount should not be greater than the toggle width. Follow the order of loosening first, tightening second and positioning adjustment. The adjustment steps are: first remove the main clutch cover, loosen the nut of the stopper, use a wrench or lever to apply force to the elbow joint, turn the adjustment ring (turn the main clutch clockwise tight, turn the main clutch counterclockwise loose), remember The position of the joystick when the lower main clutch is engaged. Adjust the main clutch, and forcefully pull (250-300N) without assistance. If the position of the main clutch lever is the same as the recorded position, the adjustment is completed. If the position of the joystick moves forward, the adjustment is too tight and should be loosened. After adjustment, tighten the stop nut and install other parts. If it is found that the main clutch lever rebounds (that is, the main clutch automatically disengages under heavy load), from the friction plate gap, it is adjusted too tight; if the main clutch lever does not rebound and slips, it means that the friction plate gap adjustment is too loose ;If the friction plate gap is adjusted repeatedly, the prediction effect cannot be achieved, the position of the booster valve snap ring and the adjustment of each connecting rod mechanism should be checked.


  3: How to adjust the shift brake


  The role of the shift brake is to ensure that the transmission is not easily damaged during shifting, that is, within 2-3s after the main clutch is disconnected, the power of the diesel engine to the knuckle is cut off, and the gear is shifted after the transmission input shaft stops, otherwise it will be due to the rotating force Break the transmission gear. If you smell burnt, you should check and adjust the brake belt in time.


  4: How to adjust the steering brake system


  First remove the cover on the rear brake cover of the bulldozer; the brake pedal is in the relaxed position, use the wrench to turn the adjustment screw, and tighten it clockwise until it stops; then turn the adjustment screw counterclockwise for about two turns. After the adjustment, start the main engine to shift into forward gear or reverse gear. If the diesel engine is operating normally, it is normal when the brake pedal is depressed to turn left and right, indicating that the brake system has been adjusted.
