The bulldozer should be properly maintained during use to ensure that the bulldozer is in good technical condition, reduce the occurrence of failure rates, and extend the life of the bulldozer.　Under normal circumstances, the bulldozer must be disassembled and maintained after 4000~6000 hours of operation. After disassembly and maintenance, it is basically required to continue to work for 4000~6000 hours. During the disassembly and assembly process, please refer to the manual of the machine carefully, and check and measure the main parts according to the general mechanical disassembly and assembly procedures. If the parts are too worn, they must be repaired or replaced. Pay attention to the following points when disassembling:

　　1: Read the relevant manual and technical information carefully before disassembling the bulldozer components, and proceed according to the regulations.

　　2: Before disassembling the bulldozer parts, the oil in each part should be discharged, and the color and viscosity of the oil should be observed during the oil discharge. Impurities and other abnormalities, determine the wear and other conditions of parts

　　3: Before disassembling bulldozer components and disassembling parts, be sure to pay attention to the relative position of each part and component, and make necessary marks to remember the order of disassembly of adjacent parts.

　　4: After disassembling the bulldozer, inspect the main parts on the spot and record, if any damage is found, it needs to be repaired or replaced.

　　5: Thoroughly clean the parts and components after disassembling the bulldozer, and place it properly to prevent knocking and rust.

　　6; Each part is adjusted and lubricated according to the original requirements during installation. When the bulldozer is working in the conditions of heavy rain, water, snow and dust, and in cold areas, in addition to strictly implementing the regular maintenance regulations, special attention must be paid to the inspection and maintenance of the project: tighten the oil plugs everywhere to prevent water accumulation corrosion. After the work is completed, clean it in time and carefully check the status of the whole machine. Pay special attention to the cleaning of oil fillers, utensils, grease, etc. Check whether the final drive only has muddy water. In wet weather, pay attention to check whether the air filter element is clogged, if any, it should be cleaned or replaced in time. When there is a lot of dust, the fuel port of the diesel oil pan should be cleaned every 3 to 5 days.

　　In addition: the new bulldozer machine needs to replace the filter element, engine oil, and gear oil after 250 hours of use, and the filter element, engine oil, hydraulic oil, and gear oil after 500 hours of use, and the filter element, engine oil, hydraulic oil, and gears after 1000 hours of use oil.
