How to correctly and quickly reset the bulldozer track after derailment

Release time: 2020-07-06 13:37:44 Source: Bulldozer

bulldozers are prone to derailment due to complicated terrain, excessive crawling, loose turning and improper operation in farmland water conservancy and road construction projects. How to reset the crawler correctly can be taken as follows

bulldozer

1: If the derailment is relatively minor, only the guide wheel carrier pulley or a set of roller wheels rims off the track guide surface and climbed up the track guide protrusion. At this time, a sledge hammer can be used to tap the track to make the rim from the track guide protrusion Start to return to the track guide surface to achieve reset.

2: If the derailment is more serious, the guide wheel or the drive wheel derailment track is too tight, if it is forced forward and backward, it is easy to cause a large derailment or damage to the walking parts, then stop immediately, loosen the guide wheel tension screw nut to reduce the tension spring The preload of the guide wheel moves the guide wheel backward. In the case of slack in the track, remove a track pin from the back of the drive wheel to reset the slack track. Then install the track tip and adjust the tightness of the track with the tension screw nut.

3: If the rail is severely derailed, although the tension screw nut has been loosened. The guide wheel also moved back, and a track pin was also taken out from the back of the drive wheel, but the jack was still difficult to reset because the jacks with more sludge lost their function. At this time, a track shoe can be added, and the locomotive is put in reverse gear, slowly retreating, and the track is gradually reversed into place and then parked. Then remove one of the added track shoes. In this way, someone under the car needs to command. The track of the locomotive operating in the mud must not be too loose, and the amount of track sag on both sides is equal. According to the technical requirements, the amount of track sag is between 30 and 50 mm. When operating in the silt, a small value should be taken, preferably 30 mm.

4: If the supporting wheels and guide wheels are derailed in hard soil or pebble piles, and the backward distance is limited, it is not necessary to take out a track pin on the back of the drive wheel and install this method after the track is reset. Instead, you can loosen the guide wheel to tighten the screw nut, and the guide wheel moves backward to loosen the crawler. Then, the blade is raised, and stones are placed under the blade angle on the derailment side of the locomotive and under the rear axle shaft on the derailment side. , Put the locomotive hydraulic system distributor to the lowered position, use the pressure of the hydraulic cylinder to make the track on the derailed side off the ground, and then put on the reverse gear, pull the lever on the non-derailed side to the end, and step on the brake pedal to the end to not derail The steering of the rear axle on one side is completely separated and braked completely; then the small throttle slowly releases the clutch and slowly twists the track with the drive wheel on the derailed side to gradually reset the track completely. When the locomotive is operating in a pile of pebbles, the tracks must not be too tight, otherwise, the pebbles may fall into the tracks and cause damage to the walking parts, and the amount of sag of the tracks shall be the maximum value required by the technical requirements, preferably 50 mm.

5: If unilateral full derailment is caused, stop the machine first, loosen the guide wheel tensioning screw nut, disassemble the track from the back of the drive wheel, use a jack to lift the derailed side, knock with a sledgehammer or pry the track with a crowbar, The fully derailed track is gradually reset from the rollers, guide wheels, and carrier wheels. If there is no jack, a lifting bulldozer can be used. Stones are placed on the corners of the derailment side blades and the rear axle shaft, and a hydraulic system is used. The pressure of the cylinder causes the blade to drop. Support the derailed side, and then reset the track using the method described above.

6: In the event of a major bilateral derailment, it is necessary to consider which side to exclude first and then which side to exclude based on the specific conditions of the terrain and derailment. The troubleshooting method is the same as that for unilateral large derailment.

7: Special attention should be paid to the safety when troubleshooting the derailment of the bulldozer, especially after the track is reset, when the rear axle is reinstalled with the track pin, the specific operator of the disassembly and assembly of the crawler should stand outside the derailment crawler, and the derailment side drive wheel twists When it is necessary to be commanded by someone, it should be operated by a skilled driver when troubleshooting the derailment, not by a novice or student, to prevent excessive operation or loss of control. Cause a safety accident.
