According to the measurement, when the pitch is changed from 174 mm to 184 mm, the opening width of the driving wheel gear teeth is changed from 87 mm to 97 mm.   2: Correct use and maintenance of track shoes


  The most important thing in use and maintenance is to ensure that the pin rotates frequently in the pin hole. During each maintenance, the stuck pin should be restored to rotate. The method is to use a special wrench to snap the S-shaped pin and rotate the pin backward. If you do this strictly when you use the new track. The workload of each shift is not large. The second is to regularly check and correct the deformation of the track shoe to ensure that the pin holes are concentric and prevent the pin from being worn. If a pin feels too hard when it is pulled with a wrench, the two front and rear track shoes connected by this pin are very It may be deformed, and a special model ruler can also be used to check whether the track shoe is deformed. Those that have been deformed should be corrected in time. The correction method is to support the deformed track shoe sag portion without heating, and directly use a sledge hammer to guide the hammer a few times to correct it. In addition, it is also important to adjust the various parts of the walking device correctly. Attention should be paid to the regular displacement of track rollers, track rollers, track rollers, track rollers, track rollers, guide wheels and drive wheels. When the wall thickness of the track pin hole is only 2-3 mm, the outer diameter of the meshing part with the drive wheel reaches 33-34 mm, and the runway is sunken by 4--5 mm, it should be repaired before use. Old and new track shoes should be used together at intervals to make the pitch as uniform as possible. When the track pin diameter is 18 mm, the new pin should be replaced to shorten the pitch by 4 mm, which is beneficial to extend the service life of the track.


  3: Repair of track shoes


  The pin hole of the track shoe is slightly worn. When the gap between the standard pin is only 2-3 mm, the track shoe can be heated to 800-850 ℃, it is cherry red, and then the standard pin is drawn and pressed with a special die. Outside the pin hole, hammer the die to retract the pin hole and clear the gap. When the pin holes of the track shoe are badly worn, they should be embedded into semi-circular pieces or into a whole set according to the situation, and then welded at both ends. The insert should be made of wear-resistant steel, and its thickness should be measured one by one after the standard pin is inserted into the quiet hole. Before the insert is burnt into the hole, the head should be quenched to prevent deformation of the head when inserting. The track shoe has been worn through the pin hole. The repair method is to insert the pin hole part into the standard pin after burning red, hammer the broken hole wall, so that the residual wall covers the pin, and then wrap a semi-circular steel sheet to weld it. . Before inserting the sub-insert or hole, wrap the pin hole with a standard pin to remove the burr edge. The insert or package should be as close as possible before welding, otherwise the welding will not be secure. Note that the welding seam should be flat to prevent molten iron from entering the hole. When the part where the track shoe and the driving wheel are engaged is heavily worn or worn out, a semi-circular steel sheet can be wrapped from the outside and welded around. A portion of the runway is sunk by 4--5 mm. A steel plate can be welded. The main problem after the repair of the track shoe is that it is not enough to wear.
