If the speed of the universal joint is normal when the bulldozer is started, and the speed of the universal joint drops sharply to stall after the gear is turned on, it means that the fault is in the engine and the torque converter. If the pressure value at the relief valve is normal ( (About 0.8MPa), it can be determined that the fault is on the engine; if the value is low, it means that the fault is in the torque converter. When the engine part fails, first check whether the fuel supply line is blocked. If there is no blockage, it means that there is a fault inside the engine. It can be repaired according to the engine maintenance manual. If there is a blockage, it means that the fuel supply is insufficient and the engine cannot reach When the rated output power is reached, the bulldozing is weak, and the pipeline can be cleaned to eliminate the fault. If the measured pressure of the relief valve is low, it should be checked whether the oil level is normal. If it is normal, you should check the speed change and torque line part (this part of the fault will also occur when the universal joint speed is normal). Check if there is air leakage or oil leakage in each pipe joint; after tightening each joint, try the machine again. If the pressure is still low, the torque converter must be dismantled, check whether the oil return pump is blocked, and the torque converter cover wheel is oiled. Whether the plugging and sealing parts are damaged or pressure relief. If the amount of oil is insufficient, it is easy to cause the bulldozer to weaken the bulldozer. Therefore, the oil level of the gearbox must be checked when the bulldozer fails.


  When the universal joint rotates normally, it is possible to eliminate the possibility that the fault is in the engine part and the torque converter part. At this time, the focus of the inspection should be on the shifting and steering brake parts. After the bulldozer is started, use a 6MPa pressure gauge to measure the inlet pressure of the gearbox, and perform some auxiliary operations; step on the brake gear, during the measurement and observation process, you can determine the cause of the fault according to the following three conditions:


  1: Start: The value of the pressure after the bulldozer is lower, and the gear has little effect on the displayed value. This situation is caused by the failure of the speed change and torque converter pipeline (such as speed change, leakage of the torque converter pipeline, blockage) of. If this happens, you can first tighten the joints in the pipeline once. If the fault cannot be eliminated after tightening, you can open the oil filter tube to see if there is dirt blocking the filter element and causing the oil path to be unsmooth. When these two methods are invalid, the variable speed pump should be repaired or replaced. Of course, the internal leakage of the transmission valve will also cause insufficient pressure, which can be judged according to FIG. 2.


  2: When the bulldozer is just started, the pressure value is normal, which can reach the requirement of 2MaP, but it drops a lot after gearing. This situation shows that the torque converter pipeline is not faulty, and the analysis should be focused on the gearbox. First check the operation of the transmission valve (the abnormal operation of the transmission valve will cause abnormal pressure). If the transmission valve is damaged, it should be repaired or replaced. If the transmission valve is working properly, the gearbox should be removed for maintenance. The amount of labor is very large, according to several phenomena when the gearbox itself fails (forward gear is broken, forward is not normal, and backward is normal. Backward gear is bad, forward is normal, and backward is abnormal. 1st gear is bad, 1st gear is abnormal. 2nd gear and 3rd gear are normal, 2nd gear is broken. 2nd gear is not normal, 1st gear and 3rd gear are normal. 3rd gear is not normal, 1st gear and 2nd gear are normal) Analyze, make sure that the fault is only disassembled after the gearbox itself, so as not to cause unnecessary Waste of manpower and material resources. There are two reasons for the failure of the gearbox itself: 1: due to the damage of the piston ring and the failure of the hydraulic part caused by the wear of the seal, the faulty gear piston ring and the seal ring can be replaced to eliminate the fault, 2: The mechanical part is faulty, ( In this case, the pressure value is normal), the damaged parts can be replaced, and tested after reassembly. 3: Pressure: The force indicates a normal value. This situation is generally caused by a malfunction of the steering brake. The failure of the steering brake part of the new machine is more common and rarely occurs on the old machine. The reason for this situation is that the brake booster malfunctions due to processing errors or improper adjustments, that is, the bulldozer is operated together, and the brake booster works, causing the brake belt to hold the brake firmly, causing the bulldozer to consume a lot during operation. The energy causes the bulldozing to be weak. In addition, the steering link is improperly adjusted so that the steering valve is always open, and the bulldozer steering valve works together to open the steering clutch, which greatly reduces the efficiency of power torque transmission. The steering link can be adjusted to make it in a normal state. Troubleshoot. In short, the bulldozer that works normally under no-load has weak dozing, which may be caused by a malfunction of the steering brake part.
