　　1: Damage to the hydraulic cylinder of the stick: The excavator suffered a serious accident due to the collision of the 10KV high pressure line of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder of the arm, which caused the hydraulic cylinder to burn out and the driver to burn. If the excavator is stopped after 6000 hours of use due to the inability of the stick cylinder to lift up, it is found that both the cylinder barrel and the mating parts have been damaged after disassembly and inspection, and it is accompanied by iron filings and cannot be repaired. The cylinder is 5.5” × 47.5” inch specification, and there is no substitute in China. The engineer surveyed and mapped out a full set of drawings, and entrusted the hydraulic parts factory to make them. Except for the piston rod stroke, the shape of the hydraulic cylinder and the installation dimensions at both ends, the internal structure and seals are manufactured according to my country's standards, and the price is only imported l / 3. The production time is about 7 days.

　　2: Turntable pinion: gear. After 3000 hours of operation of an excavator, due to the driver's careless operation, an accident occurred when the bucket collided with the tree trunk and the turntable pinion was broken. Another excavator had to be replaced due to natural wear after 6000 hours of operation. The method of using surveying and drawing paper can be adopted to entrust the gear factory to process, saving costs.

　　3: Repair the water pump. After an excavator has been working for 2600 hours, antifreeze has entered the engine oil pan. The reason is that the fixing bolts of the impeller of the water pump are loosened and hit the front cover, so that the groove of the snap ring of the water pump shell is broken and the oil seal is damaged. The method of on-site repair is to first flatten the broken part of the water pump casing, and equip another bearing cover, which is fixed on the pump casing with bolts, and replace the damaged oil seal.

　　4: Repair the crawler tensioning device. After an excavator was used for 30.000 hours, the plunger cylinder was broken. The repair method is to change to screw tension. First remove the hydraulic cylinder, make a set of tensioning screw, turn the adjusting nut, change the relative position of the screw and the connecting sleeve, and move the guide wheel forward and backward to adjust the tension of the track.

　　5: Repair the damage of the walking hydraulic motor hose. The working pressure of the walking hydraulic motor hydraulic hose of this machine is up to 30MP, and it is made of multi-layer steel wire and special rubber. After 3000 hours of normal use, the hose will break or burst and must be replaced immediately. The emergency measures that can be taken are to cut the broken hose and insert a steel pipe joint with a non-reverse step in the middle, and use four sets of steel rope clamps at each end to fasten. Generally it can be used for dozens of hours. At the same time, the domestic hose joints with similar specifications should be purchased as soon as possible and sawed and welded on the domestic high-pressure hose.

　　1: Severe wear of the chain rail and the matching parts

　　For example: after a bulldozer works for 80.000 hours, the chain rail sleeves, chain rail joints, chain rail plates, rollers and drive wheel chains are severely worn, and the tracks cannot be tensioned. The repair method is to retract the guide wheel to the minimum limit position, and use oxygen acetylene flame to cut off a set of chain rail plates and chain rail joints to restore the crawler track to the proper tightness, which can extend a certain period of time and can also make red flags. The accessories of a type 10 bulldozer can be substituted or self-made.

　　2: Issue: The motor does not charge

　　For example: after a bulldozer works for 7000 hours, the ammeter pointer is always in the negative position, and the battery runs out of power. Prove that there is a problem with the generator. After dismantling and inspection, it was found that the generator is a 24V silicon rectifier type, which is different from the general domestic parts in that it is equipped with a miniature closed type voltage regulator. The reason for the power loss is that the voltage regulator fails, and the repair method is to purchase another domestic JN3A 24 V regulator to be used in conjunction with the original generator.

　　3: Repair starter

　　For example: after a bulldozer works for 4000 hours, the starter fails and the diesel engine cannot start. Since the machine uses hydraulic mechanical transmission, the method of drag start can be used. If it still can not be started, the method of demolition and transplantation can be used.
