1: Shaft volumetric press


The original shaft sleeve is disassembled and assembled by hand hammering, and now the hydraulic shaft sleeve press is used. Its operation is simple, the work efficiency is high, the labor intensity is greatly reduced, and the wheel housing and the shaft sleeve are not damaged.

The machine is composed of motor, vane pump, jack, oil storage tank and welding bed frame. During operation, the switch is started, and the oil pump pumps the pressure oil into the oil roof, and the jack extends, pushing the beam to move down, and the die presses the bushing, otherwise, it returns.


2: Track shoe tip hole machine


The track shoes are generally worn seriously. Every time the machine is overhauled, the track pin holes are grinded into ellipses and cannot be used. The whole set needs to be replaced (each set is 15,000 yuan), and the current supply of track shoes is in short supply.

The worn-out surface of the track shoe, which is about to be scrapped, is welded flat by surfacing welding, and then the pin holes on both sides are locked to restore the use. Since the track shoes are pin holes on both sides, two collision rows are required at the same time. The machine is decelerated by the motor and transmitted from the power head to the two rods. The tool is made of alloy material, and the plating speed should not be too high (about 50 rpm) to maintain the tool life. When repairing, it is best to make holes in orange first and then build-up welding, so as to avoid hardening of the workpiece after welding, which increases the difficulty of cutting the hole. This repair of old parts only saves nearly 100,000 yuan in material cost every year.
