The solenoid valve opens the injector's injection hole to start fuel injection. The injection pressure of the injector is delivered by the high-pressure oil pump. The pressure control to the high-pressure engine oil common rail pipe is called the injection actuation pressure. The injection actuation pressure sensor sends the actuation pressure signal to the diesel engine controller (ECM). The controller (ECN) controls the injection actuation (RPCV) ) The opening amount of the pressure control valve controls the injection actuation pressure. The injection actuation pressure oil in the high-pressure oil common rail pipe is sent to the injector, thereby controlling the pressure of the injector to inject fuel.

Then, check the injection actuation pressure sensor and found that the sensor did not send out an injection actuation pressure signal. Finally, after replacing the injection actuation pressure sensor, the diesel engine can be started smoothly. It is further analyzed that when the injection actuation pressure sensor fails, the injection actuation pressure signal received by the diesel engine controller (ECM) does not reach the pressure value, and the fuel injection start signal will not be sent to the injector solenoid valve, so the diesel engine can not act.
