How to properly maintain the cooling system of the bulldozer?

Release time: 2020-08-19 13:37:19 Source: Bulldozer

bulldozers generally operate in open-pit mining operations, and bulldozers are in a long-time working state. The load is very large. In order to ensure the performance of the bulldozer, it is necessary to combine the characteristics of the cooling system and focus on its maintenance to ensure the safe and effective operation of the bulldozer. The main points of cooling system maintenance are as follows:

How to properly maintain the cooling system of the bulldozer?

1: In the technical maintenance of the cooling system, the use of cooling water should be optimized. In daily operations, the operators may not pay attention to the quality of the cooling water and blindly use some polluted or foreign matter water, which can easily affect the safety of the cooling system. Therefore, in the maintenance process of the cooling system, distilled water, tap water, rain water or clean river water should be used as the cooling water of the diesel engine. When the conditions are limited, only river water can be used, and certain cleaning treatments should be performed before cooling water.

2: In the maintenance work of the cooling system, sufficient water in the water tank should be ensured. If the amount of water in the water tank is insufficient or the water level is low, it should be increased in time. Especially in the case of continuous operation, the cooling water should be replaced every 300 hours to effectively solve the problem of increasing impurities in the water tank. In addition, in the maintenance process, the removal of scale should be strengthened. In the process of scale cleaning, a certain cleaning solution should be used to effectively reduce the generation of scale through chemical reactions and remove some foreign objects that are difficult to chemically react in time.

In addition, if the engine fan belt is too loose, it will lead to poor heat dissipation of the equipment and early wear of the belt. Generally check the tension of the fan belt every 250 hours! To avoid malfunction.
