Pay attention to the following points when bulldozers work on beaches and wetlands:

What are the precautions for bulldozers operating in wetlands and deserts?

1: Strengthen the tightness of the locomotive. Tighten the engine oil inlet and the oil dipstick with plastic cloth, and tighten the oil drain and oil plugs everywhere to prevent mud, sand and water from entering the interior of the locomotive.

2: During the bulldozing operation, the following should be done: ① When moving forward, use medium and small throttle, low gear, steady push, steady advance, and pay attention to changes in locomotive load at any time. When the load suddenly increases, get out of the car and observe. Can't increase the throttle hard punch. So as not to hit hard objects and damage the locomotive. ②When reversing, avoid turning to prevent stones from jamming between the guide wheel and the melon belt plate and causing derailment. ③Try to steer while moving forward, but cannot steer after the bulldozer is fully pushed.

3: Bulldozing operation: It is easy to derail at times. When the guide wheel derails, you can press down the bulldozing shovel, raise the front of the locomotive, open the track shoe, and restore the derailed part. When the track is completely out of the supporting wheels, a jack must be used to support the waist beam to make the derailed one

rise up, and then re-lay the track shoes. If the locomotive derails in the water, try to get out of the water to prevent the sand and rock from being blocked. After derailing, you can not pry hard on the track shoes to prevent the guide axle and the rear axle from deforming. When working in the water,

Too much water in the clutch housing can easily cause the clutch to slip. Therefore, the bulldozer can be pushed down to raise the engine and free the water.

4: After finishing the work, release the water at the balance beam of the oil pan, gearbox and rear axle side shell respectively, pull out the oil dipstick, and check the oil emulsification. If the emulsification is serious, replace the oil, maintain the locomotive in time, and add lubricating oil. If damaged parts are replaced in time.
