Excessive wear of the supporting wheels, tilting and transitional wear of the guide wheels, excessive clearance of the driving wheels, and deformation of the large frame after a period of operation of the bulldozer indicates that it is caused by mechanical reasons. Special attention should be paid to timely repair, maintenance and tightening. Fix the screws in all parts to avoid derailment of the track, increase wear, and cause the parts to be scrapped in advance. To prevent derailment, pay attention to the following points:

　　1: If the large shelf is deformed, the following methods can be used to adjust

　　The guide wheel is tilted and caused to run off. The arm is cushioned to align and support the wheel. The drive wheel is in a straight line. If the drive wheel is found to be loose, it can be adjusted to the allowable amount between 1.5 and 2 cm. If the distance exceeds the rated required data, loosen the half-shaft screw and the screw fixed to the end of the drive wheel shaft, lift up the body, and straighten the inclined side to the required data

　　2: Bulldozers are prohibited from driving and operating on the ground with slopes exceeding 6° except for special circumstances

　　3: Do not or try to avoid shoveling soil when the bulldozer is tilted (the tilt must never exceed 20°),

　　4: If the bulldozer occasionally derails, it should not be forced to reverse the rail, because the loss is too great. The hinge should be opened and reconnected.

　　5: When the bulldozer is working backwards in a soft area, do not make a sharp turn.

　　6: The bulldozer crawler enters the large stones to be removed in time.
