The symptom of the fault of the hydraulic torque converter of XGMA TL180 bulldozer is generally not obvious, and it is easy to be ignored. The fault of the hydraulic torque converter has a great influence on the transmission efficiency, maintenance cost and service life of the parts of the bulldozer. 1: The oil temperature is too high (over 120 ℃)
The main reason is that the oil level of the oil pan is too low or too high, the continuous high temperature and heavy load working time is too long, the pipeline is blocked or oil leaks, the oil has deteriorated, there is air in the oil circuit, the filter is blocked, and the radiator is not working properly. The adjustment pressure of the pressure valve is too high, and the transmission pressure is low, causing the shift clutch of the transmission to slip. The elimination method is to discharge air in time, eliminate leakage, clean or add or replace oil.
2: There is air in the oil circuit
The main reason is that the pipeline or joints are loose for air intake, the oil level is too low and the oil suction filter is seriously blocked. The correct way to get rid of the air in the oil circuit is to let the engine run at idling speed when it is stopped.
3: Screaming
The main reason is that the blades of the torque converter are cavitation or parts are damaged. If you find this phenomenon, you should stop the machine immediately for inspection and repair or replace with new parts.
4: Vibration, impact sound
The main reason is that the bearing is loose or damaged, and the fixing screws are loose. The elimination method should be replaced or tightened in time.
5: The torque converter gear box is filled with oil
The main reason is that the end face seal of the oil pump is damaged, and the skeleton oil seal between the pump wheel and the oil distribution pan is damaged. The troubleshooting method is to repair the oil pump and replace the oil seal.
6: Towing start failure
The main reasons are loose or damaged pipelines or joints, aging or damage of the O-ring of the locking clutch, and insufficient pressure of the locking clutch. The elimination method is to tighten, replace or adjust the pressure.
7: No high speed or insufficient driving force
The main reason is that the one-way clutch is damaged or reversed. The troubleshooting method is to replace or reinstall.
