A Yishan TY220 bulldozer started with cold engine, and it was normal during the operation. However, after 50 seconds of operation, with the gradual increase of oil temperature, the bulldozer became weaker and weaker, and it was very difficult to walk even under no load. Difficulty, stop and rest for 2 hours and start the engine again after the oil temperature drops, and the bulldozer returns to normal. Repeatedly.

During the operation of the machine, the engine throttle and speed did not decrease, which means that the bulldozer’s weakness has nothing to do with the engine. After preliminary analysis, it is believed that the reason is that the pitch converter is short of oil, the oil circuit is blocked, and the steering clutch appears. malfunction.

So check that the torque converter is normal, loosen the exhaust screw on the variable speed fine filter, and find that there are bubbles in the discharged oil, which can not be exhausted for a long time. The analysis believes that if there is a place where air enters, both the cold and hot engines should be used. Air causes the machine to work normally in the cold state. It can be concluded that the low-pressure oil circuit is in good condition. The machine cannot run due to the air intake of the high-pressure oil circuit of the heat engine. This should be caused by the excessive vacuum of the low-pressure oil circuit.

Closer inspection revealed that the hose between the oil suction port and the strainer has been deflated, and the oil intake is not smooth. The higher the engine speed, the more serious this phenomenon is. The reason is that the inner layer of the hose has aged and peeled, and the oil temperature rises. Blocking the oil inlet pipeline, resulting in excessive vacuum.

Remove the old hose, replace the new hose and test the machine, the fault disappears. The bulldozer resumed normal operation.
