1: The damage of each sealing ring of the torque converter leads to internal leakage of the torque converter.


2; The hydraulic transmission oil of the torque converter is not replaced within the specified hours, resulting in abrasive wear and damage to the sealing rings of the torque converter, resulting in internal leakage of the torque converter.


3: The bulldozer is overloaded, the temperature of the hydraulic transmission oil is too high for a short time (especially in summer), and the load and temperature are not reduced in time, resulting in ablation of the sealing ring and failure of the sealing oil.


4: The function of the cooling elements of the hydraulic transmission system (hydraulic transmission oil cooler, engine radiator) is deteriorated, which may also cause the torque converter oil temperature to be too high. Please pay attention to clean or replace the hydraulic transmission oil cooler and engine radiator.


5: Disassemble the torque converter and replace the seals and bearings.
