This year is a special year. Affected by the new crown virus, many owners may have just started construction. After the excavator has been sealed for half a year, the owners need to be aware that some oils and materials may change. In order to ensure smooth construction, The performance of the excavator has reached a good state, and the following items should be checked before the excavator starts.

　　Second, the machine does a comprehensive inspection

　　Check before starting

　　1: Check the oil level and quality of engine oil, and add special oil for excavator if necessary.

　　2: Sewage and drainage of fuel tank and oil-water separator.

　　3: Antifreeze inspection.

　　4: Check the liquid level of the auxiliary water tank

　　5: radiator liquid level check

　　6: Air filter inspection

　　Check the installation of air filter: whether the air filter is damaged.

　　Fan belt inspection: Check the belt tension, and any cracks must be replaced in time.

　　Engine turbocharger inspection: Remove the turbocharger inlet pipe before starting, add proper amount of engine oil and ensure that the rotor is not stuck.

　　Hydraulic oil inspection: check the hydraulic oil level and quality, add or replace if necessary.

　　Check the gear oil of rotary reducer: Check the oil level and viscosity of gear oil. If the gear oil becomes more or less, the cause must be found and dealt with in time.

　　Inspection of gear oil of walking motor: Check if there is any trace of leakage around the motor, and at the same time check the viscosity of gear oil.

　　Battery check: Maintenance-free battery judges whether the power is sufficient by the color of the observation hole, and ensure that the positive and negative electrodes are correctly connected during installation.

　　Check each pipeline: the connection of lines and joints, and adjust the tightness of bolts in time.

　　Starting inspection: instrument inspection, whether the instrument display is normal and whether there is an alarm.

　　Normal start: Each start should not exceed 10 seconds. If you cannot start, be sure to wait 30 seconds and try again.

　　Starting at low temperature: The engine must be warmed up when starting the engine in cold weather.

　　Check after startup

1. Inspection of the alarm information of the instrument: After the excavator is started, observe whether the instrument has alarm information, whether the display is normal, and stop the inspection immediately if an alarm occurs.

   
   

　2. Check the engine operation: run at idle speed for 5-10 minutes, observe the emission smoke color, engine sound, and whether there is abnormality in the lower exhaust.

　3. Check the hydraulic system: listen for abnormal noise when the hydraulic pump, valve, cylinder and motor are running. Warm up the hydraulic system to control whether each action is normal.

　4. Lubrication and inspection of working device pins: Add butter to each pin and lubrication point, and squeeze out old oil from the oil channel if necessary.
