  It is strictly forbidden to start without coolant or adding boiling water: after the engine is started, adding coolant will cause the hot cylinder liner, cylinder head and other important parts to burst or deform due to sudden cold; add 100°C boiling water to the ice-cold body, It will also crack the cylinder head and the body, and it should be added when the coolant temperature drops to 60~70℃.


  It is strictly forbidden to pull the car to start: the engine pulls the car to start under the condition of cold car engine oil viscosity, which will aggravate the wear between various moving parts, thereby reducing the service life of the locomotive.


  It is strictly forbidden to switch to oil and fuel oil on schedule: in winter, if you do not switch to low-viscosity oil and fuel in time, the engine will be difficult to start.


  It is strictly forbidden to start the fire at the oil pan and the intake pipe: in order to prevent fire, use a mild fire and coal fire to bake the engine oil pan at a certain distance, while slowly turning the crankshaft, the engine oil is heated evenly, so that all parts are Get lubricated. If the ignition is started at the intake pipe of the engine, the ash and hard debris generated by the combustion of substances will be sucked into the cylinder, causing the inlet and exhaust valves to be closed tightly and speeding up the wear of the cylinder.


  It is strictly forbidden to use the glow plug and flame preheater for a long time: the heating elements of the glow plug and flame preheater are electric heating wires, and their power consumption and calorific value are very large. Long-term use can damage the battery due to rapid discharge. It can also burn out the heating wire. Therefore, the continuous use time of the glow plug should not exceed 1min, and the continuous use time of the flame preheater should be controlled within 20s.


  It is strictly forbidden to directly add engine oil to the cylinder: although engine oil is added to the cylinder, although it can play the role of sealing and pressurizing and warming up, it is convenient for the diesel engine to start cold engine, but the engine oil cannot be completely burned, which is easy to produce carbon deposits, which reduces the elasticity of the piston ring The sealing performance is reduced; in addition, it will accelerate the wear of the cylinder liner, resulting in a decrease in the power of the engine, making it more difficult to start, so the engine oil cannot be directly added to the cylinder.


  It is strictly forbidden to directly fill gasoline into the intake pipe: the ignition point of gasoline is lower than that of diesel, and it burns before diesel. Therefore, pouring gasoline directly into the intake pipe will cause the engine to work violently and produce a strong knocking phenomenon. In severe cases, the engine may reverse.


  Prohibited continuous start for a long time: the starter on the engine is operated under the condition of low voltage and high current, and long-term use will damage the battery. Its continuous working time shall not exceed 10 s; once it fails to start, it shall be restarted every 15 seconds.


  It is strictly forbidden to run at high speed immediately after starting: when the engine starts, the temperature of the engine oil is low and the fluidity is poor. It runs at high speed immediately, which is easy to cause rapid wear of various moving parts due to lack of lubrication.


  It is strictly forbidden to stop the engine suddenly at full load: the air pressure discharged when the engine is running at high speed will compress the fresh air into the engine through turbocharging so that the fuel can be fully burned and produce a powerful power output, and the turbocharger therefore reaches a high temperature Lubricating oil cooling, if a sudden stop will cause the oil to stop flowing instantly, unable to cool the cooling turbocharger in time, so that the turbocharger produces oil residue at a very high degree, causing the

turbocharger to block and damage. At the same time, it will also involve the failure and damage of hydraulic system and other accessories.


  Finally: pay attention to the warm-up operation and inspection of the excavator engine after startup, and the warm-up operation after engine startup. The most suitable working temperature of hydraulic oil is 50~80℃. In order to extend the service life of the machine, warm up before starting work The engine is running. When the temperature of the hydraulic oil is lower than 25℃, do not suddenly operate the joystick. Do not suddenly increase the engine speed before the warm-up operation is completed. Do not let the engine run continuously at idle or high speed for more than 20 minutes. If the engine must be idling, It should be loaded or run at medium speed from time to time.
