　　1: Use the front winding machine to check and maintain

　　Same as before driving a car, it needs to go around the car for inspection before the breaker works. First, check whether the high and low pressure hoses of the breaker are loose, and check whether there is any oil leakage in other places. In addition, regularly check the nitrogen pressure inside the breaker.

　　2.: Vertical hit

　　Before the breaker works, place the steel drill vertically on the broken object, confirm that the steel drill is stable, and then turn on the breaker. In the crushing operation, it is also necessary to ensure that the steel drill is perpendicular to the hit object at any time; if it is inclined to the striking surface, the steel drill may slip and deviate, which will damage the steel drill and piston of the hammer.

　　3: Empty hitting is strictly prohibited

　　When the breaker is working, the steel drill must always be close to the hit object. If the hit object is broken, please stop hitting immediately. Dry hitting will cause serious damage to the steel drill, flat pin, steel drill seat, front cylinder block, and bolt rod.

　　4: Don’t use steel drills as a crowbar

　　The role of the steel drill is limited to vertical strikes. Do not use the drill rod to pry the stone, because this will bend the drill rod at light and damage the internal structure of the hammer.

　　5: Do not work in the water

　　The breaker is not a closed structure, and it cannot be immersed in water at ordinary times. It is easy to damage the piston cylinder and contaminate the hydraulic oil circuit of the excavator. So try not to work in rain or water; under special circumstances, except for steel drills, other parts cannot be immersed in water.

　　6: Don’t strike too long

　　When the breaking hammer works, it transmits huge energy to the rock. If the rock breaks in time, the energy is released. If the rock hardness is high and the rock is still not broken after repeated blows, the energy cannot be released in time, and it must be converted into huge thermal energy, so that the temperature of the drill rod tip can reach more than 400 degrees Celsius, resulting in decarburization and softening of the drill rod, and the surface appears The reeling knife even drops off.

　　7: Breaking hard objects and stones in split points

　　When the broken object is a large hard object (stone), choose to crush from the edge, no matter how big or hard the stone is, it is usually more feasible to start hitting from the edge, and hit the same fixed point continuously for one minute Above and failed to break. Please change the selected point of strike and try again.

　　In addition, lubrication is also very important. The lubrication points of the breaker should be lubricated before operation and after 2 days of continuous operation to reduce the occurrence of failures.
