What caused the failure of CAT966G loader's second gear?

Release time: 2020-08-30 13:07:07 Source: Bulldozer

A CAT966G loader found out what caused the second gear failure during operation? Let's discuss it with you.

What caused the failure of CAT966G loader's second gear?

The CAT966G loader adopts automatic transmission. The gear shift is controlled by solenoid valve and hydraulic system. The controller has an electronic monitoring function and can display the component identification code. Because there is no relevant technical information on site, the machine cannot be used effectively. Fault identification code, so it must be checked by other methods. After analysis, the second gear failure is less likely to be caused by transmission control components and electronic control components, so the focus is on the inspection of the solenoid valve and the internal transmission.

First check the solenoid valve. In order to distinguish the speed solenoid valve and the directional solenoid valve, the power-off method is adopted one by one. That is, first unplug the two solenoid plugs near the end of the working device, and then observe the gear display in the cab. At this time, the speed handle is not displayed when the speed handle is in the I and II gear positions. It can be determined that these two solenoid valves are I, II, solenoid valves. Then plug the wire plug of one of the two solenoid valves (near the first one of the working device), and the display will show I gear. Follow this method to find the corresponding solenoid valves of each gear in turn, because only the second gear solenoid valve is not displayed. In order to determine whether the second gear solenoid valve is damaged, switch the I gear and the second gear solenoid valve wire plug. At this time, the gear is displayed, but the Ⅰ gear is not displayed, so it is judged that the second gear is damaged, and the test machine returns to the second gear after replacement. normal.
