1: When starting the harvester, it should be started without load. At the beginning, use a low speed and control the speed of the combine harvester. Lower the height of the harvester to a suitable position and then reduce the engine speed to the rated speed before harvesting.

2: When harvesting, the size of the harvesting width should be adjusted so that when the harvester is in good condition, the full-load operation should be carried out as much as possible, but attention should also be paid to prohibiting the feeding amount from exceeding the allowable value, so the cutting width should usually be controlled at About 90% of the width of the header; when the harvesting distance reaches 50-100 m, the harvester should be stopped for inspection. According to the actual situation, the harvester can be further adjusted. When the harvesting distance is 50-100 m, the harvester should be stopped again. Check it down until the harvest quality is satisfactory.

3: In the process of harvesting, you should use the big throttle. If the throttle is too small, it will cause slower rhythms of the harvesting device and threshing device of the harvester, which will reduce the harvesting quality, and even cause the harvesting table or drum in serious cases. When the harvester passes obstacles, slow down and move slowly. When the harvester approaches the obstacle, the harvesting platform should be raised until it passes the obstacle, and the rotation speed of the engine should not be reduced when passing the obstacle. During driving, you can choose a larger turning radius.

4: The operator should adjust the height and speed of the reel in time, and control the height of the harvester and the operating speed of the combine harvester, and pay attention to the instrument during driving.

5. Pay attention to whether there is any abnormal noise when the equipment is working. Once you find any abnormal phenomenon, you should stop in time, find out the cause, and solve the fault.

6: When operating the harvester, keep the equipment within the proper working temperature, speed range and load range.
