The semi-axle of crawler bulldozer is usually pulled out with special equipment with pressure above 400kN. In factories without special equipment, methods such as jacking out or oxygen cutting and wok cutting are used. The process is complex and the success rate is low. The labor intensity is high. We have summarized a simple and easy disassembly method. As shown in Figure 1:

　　When disassembling, first remove all parts of the side reduction gear. Then use the old roller shell 2 without inner bearing sleeve on the half shaft 1 and tie a rope of about 2M to the roller shell. Put a shim plate 3 on the end of the half shaft, and tighten the fixing nut 4. The torque is not less than 0.3 kN, the two people pull the roller shell 2 with the rope to hit the shim plate 3. thereby pulling out the half shaft 1. When assembling, please refer to Figure 2: First make the nut 2. Tighten the outer end of the half shaft 1. hit the nut with a weight and tighten the lock nut on the inside of the half shaft to install it smoothly.
